    on the smooth progress of the project ?

  3. Prepare : 1. Know your client type 2. Create a

    list of questions, make your communication time

  4. DO : 1. Be Patient with Your Explanations 2. Use

    Examples When Possible 3. Avoid Assumptions 4. Give Advice When Needed 5. Focus on the main questions 6. Give low expectation 7. Sometimes negoitation is necesary 8. Be Professional !!
