  1. Who we are Introduction With over 6 years of experience,

LOKI Productions has steadily grown to become one of the biggest names in the events management and production industry in mid-Wales. Our nights have recently been expanding to other UK cities such as Bristol, Cardiff, Leeds and London. We are based in Aberystwyth, Wales. We uphold our reputation through a consistent and passionate focus on quality and originality through pioneering and imaginative music events. LOKI Productions main strategy is to involve local artists/performers/producers/musicians by providing them with the tools necessary to present them to the community and putting all their talents together through our nights. We re-enforce these nights by bringing established and well-known artists relevant to the genre of the nights. We are heavily involved in the independent music scene, a scene that our organisation has been integral in developing. We use different brands and themes to each of our nights, each brand catering specifically to selected music genres. However, we also work with established firms and names (BBC Radio, Club MTV, Ministry of Sound, etc.) to improve our results and create a truly dynamic night. Our presence is not restricted to recurring club/venue nights, we are active in many important British festivals such as Shambala, Boomtown, Landed, Beaverfest and Beach Break Live, where we host and/or manage stages. In addition, our organisation also cooperates with independent music labels to enhance the standard of our work.

  3. Our Nights / Brands Black House is Loki’s flagship brand.

This event started as small-scale venue night and has evolved to become one of the most cutting-edge parties in Wales. The target audience for this night is university students and young professionals. Black House is organised and promoted in the festival format, this means catering for big crowds of 2000 to 4000 people. Since its foundation, the night has always been a sell-out due to the established brand that has been developed over 6 years. Further, Black House offers an arrange of different stages and each stage has its own theme (hence the festival format). Music genres vary depending on the stage. One of the unique selling points of Black House is to implement live performances by acrobats, dancers and bizarre acts such as fire breathers or metal-work spectacles. This is something we implement in every event we do. Aside of the usual dance floors and stages you can expect many things within the event, such as a shisha bar, and old-school console gaming lounge, a ball pit and much more, as well as excellent visuals displays and rigs designed by our own team of people. Apart from hosting local musicians, Black House also provides renowned DJs to add to the enjoyment of the night.
  4. With over 20 sold-out events over 2 years, Swing City

is progressively growing, making appearances in cities such as Bristol, Cardiff, Leeds and many others. One of Wales’ pioneering nights for Electro-Swing, Ghetto Funk, Dutty Riddims, Manic Mashups and Festival Fun times. Mixing up those classic Speakeasy anything-goes-behind-closed-doors vibes and ideals and bringing them crashing into the modern day. With our decadent decor, barmy performers, mind bending set designs, crazy visuals and a big fat dollop of bass....all making for some of the craziest nights this side of the border! The dapper feel of the night and the melancholic touch of the ‘Swing Era’ is a unique theme which caters for audiences looking for something alternative to their regular weekend. Swing City is highly successful at festivals such as Boomtown, Landed and Beaverfest. We make sure to provide performances that are out of the ordinary to keep audiences captivated and highly energized.
