Faisal Qidwai has built a remarkable career in the medical industry, bringing over 15 years of expertise to his work in surgical and non-surgical procedures, pediatrics, men's health, antenatal care, and chronic disease management. He currently serves as the esteemed Director of MyHealth Rhodes Pty Ltd (non-clinical) in Rhodes, New South Wales, Australia.

He commenced his higher education at the University of New South Wales, earning a Bachelor of Engineering. This initial career path, chosen for its emphasis on design and problem-solving, provided him with a strong foundation in project management and innovation, which he applied in his early roles managing large-scale projects for publicly listed companies.

Despite showing considerable talent in engineering, his evolving interests led him to pursue law at the University of New South Wales in 2004. However, his growing passion for medicine soon redirected his academic path to Bond University, where he achieved a Bachelor of Medicine in 2010, specializing in surgery. During his medical studies, he was notable for his exemplary academic record and dedication to community service, particularly through his involvement in student-led clinics that served marginalized communities.

His extensive medical training included residencies at Nepean Public Hospital and completing a Pediatric Advanced Life Support course. He also pursued advanced training in surgical procedures, particularly skin excision, and further developed his expertise in pediatric care with a diploma from Westmead Children’s Hospital in 2014, followed by a fellowship from the Royal Australian College of General Practice in 2015.

Since taking on his leadership role at MyHealth Medical Centre in 2015, he has guided its transformation into a super clinic recognized for its patient-centered services and innovative healthcare model. His strategic direction emphasizes collaboration, excellence, and holistic organizational care.

Though no longer in clinical practice, Dr. Faisal Qidwai continues to make a significant impact through philanthropy, supporting initiatives that enhance healthcare accessibility and education for diverse communities.
