  3. Insights 1. People know happiness when they experience it but

    they have difficulty remembering and articulating it 2. A lot of difficult decisions (e.g. careers, majors, day-to-day time management) come down to trying to assess values, happiness, and what matters to you 3. It is common to experience confusion or uncertainty about what is fulfilling to the individual
