    Try learning how to bake... Went to a two-months makeup school while still studying full-time at Uni Got into beauty pageantry. Contested against 30 ladies and won 1st Runner up Went to bootcamps for Full-Stack Software Engineering, Digital Marketing etc. Got frustrated because I felt my skills were not improving
  5. MY NON-TRADITIONAL BACKGROUND INTO UX DESIGN Second half of 2021

    Decided to give tech and design one more try Took the Google UX Design Certificate Course on Google I went to a hackathon and won it Got my first job as a junior UX Designer from the organizers of the hackathon
  6. MY NON-TRADITIONAL BACKGROUND INTO UX DESIGN Fast Forward to 2023

    Within three years, I transitioned into working as a Senior UX designer Went to more hackathons and won more than 7 of them Took the INCO Green Digital Skills Course Started Girls Advancement Initiative Delegate at the African Climate Summit 5000+ people in my community and 100,000+ post impressions Landed different freelance gigs
