Jon is the founder of the digital and tech community in Hull.

He founded Hull Digital in 2009, Kingston Upon Hull’s technology community, which has grown rapidly and is the founder of HDLive, East Yorkshire’s Digital and Technology Conference.

Jon is also the Co-Founder of the C4DI, the Centre for Digital Innovation, Hull's technology workspace for startups and played an instrumental part getting it successfully up and running before leaving to work on other projects in 2016.

Jon has run Theappleofmyi for 10 years. He help businesses to be more successful through a better understanding and use of marketing and technology.

Previously, he has lived in Italy, Asia and Sydney before joining a FTSE 100 company in the UK where he held various senior positions. He launched their new brand in the UK and was a member of the global web development team.

Passionate about all things digital, he still loves riding his bikes. He's quite partial to Apple stuff too.
