Since her appointment in June 2021, Judge Cynthia Lopez has presided over child protection, family offense, custody, visitation, guardianship and juvenile delinquency cases in Bronx County Family Court, following her reappointments in January 2022 and October 2023. Her extensive background includes leadership roles at ACS across Brooklyn, Manhattan, and Staten Island.
