Kevin Kajy

Kevin Kajy is an entrepreneur, executive operator, and management consultant with more than 20 years of experience across mortgage lending, financial services, and professional consulting. He is the Founder and Managing Director of Kajy Management, where he partners with ownership groups and executive teams to strengthen operations and drive sustainable growth. He is also the Founder and Managing Partner of BrightView Care, a behavioral health organization delivering structured, evidence-based services.

Kevin began his career in mortgage lending, building a foundation in sales execution and regulatory compliance. As responsibilities expanded, he moved into leadership roles that required oversight of teams, pipelines, and daily operations. His early progression reflected a consistent focus on performance, accountability, and structure. Over time, he developed the ability to manage both individual production and broader operational coordination within complex financial environments.

Across more than 15 years, Kevin held senior positions at institutions including CBC National Bank, Emery Federal Credit Union, Peoples Bank, Magnolia Bank, and Central Mortgage Funding. In these roles, he managed branch operations, sales production, staffing, and compliance. He led teams through shifting market conditions, recruited and trained personnel, and ensured regulatory compliance while maintaining strong production levels.

After establishing himself in financial leadership, Kevin transitioned into ownership and consulting. In 2017, he founded Kajy Management to help growing businesses improve execution and prepare for scale. His work focuses on identifying operational gaps, implementing performance metrics, and aligning leadership teams. His approach is grounded in direct experience, offering practical guidance shaped by his firsthand experience building and operating companies.

In addition to consulting, Kevin expanded into healthcare as the Founder and Managing Partner of BrightView Care. In this role, he oversees strategy, infrastructure, and organizational development. He has applied operational discipline to a sector with strict regulatory and clinical requirements, building systems that support both compliance and growth. His leadership balances financial performance with the delivery of consistent, high-quality care.
