He focuses on domestic and international trademark, copyright, privacy, internet law, and domain name issues. Kevin counsels clients in the selection, clearance, and maintenance of trademarks. He advises clients with respect to enforcement of rights, and represents them in disputes around the world to protect their valuable intellectual property.
