5. 取值范围 • year代表年份的整数值。为了避免2000年问题最好指定4位数的年份; 使用 1998, 而不要 用 98. • month代表月份的整数值从0（1月）到11（12月）。 (0-11) • day代表一个月中的第几天的整数值，从1开始。 (1-31) • hour代表一天中的小时数的整数值 (24小时制)。 (0-23) • minute分钟数。(0,59) • second秒数。（0，59） • millisecond表示时间的毫秒部分的整数值。（0，999）
6. 任性的Date • 总是尝试转换为本地时间 • 只要在初始化时没有指定时区(Z,08:00,0800)，输入全都认为是本 地时间
