I’m Michał Aleksander and I’ve been working in User Experience professionally for the last seven years. I started out as a UX Designer in Allegro – the largest e-commerce company in Eastern and Central Europe, but I’m currently working as UX and Design Team Manager in world’s largest education company (Pearson English).
I keep getting engaged in a variety of projects within which I design, test the designs, organize workshops with users and employees, and help improving digital product creation processes.
