  5. The challenge Skyhigh increase in orders after Dragon’s Den investment.

    At that time, Shaping New Tomorrow’s order process was: • No integration between systems. • Lengthy and manual with copy/pasting. • In high risk of manual errors occurring. • No automated returns process. Conclusion: It was not possible to scale the business. Shaping New Tomorrow needed a solution to automate its order flow efficiently and effectively, saving them valuable time to focus on scaling the business to the next level.
