  1. Production Assets: Our team utilized Google spreadsheets to track which

assignments were being worked on each week. As co-directors, we collaborated with our producer to create assignments for each team member based on the production schedule. I created the organization and display of this spreadsheet.
  2. Production Assets: We also utilized Google Spreadsheets to track the

animation progress of our shots. We divided the film into 8 sequences, and within each sequence, we numbered shots starting at 100 and going in intervals of 10. I created the organization and display of this spreadsheet.
  3. Production Assets: Fabrication had a lot of assets that had

to be made, so I personally took charge and collaborated with a production assistant to create these spreadsheets. For our grocery shelves alone, we had over 60 individual labels our visdev team had to design. This spreadsheet helped track those items.
  4. Production Assets: Since my fabrication co-lead and I were more

familiar with the fabrication process, we took it upon ourselves to create a timeline for our fabrication department. We had two sets we needed to fabricate, so it was key that we worked as fast as possible and accounted for setbacks.
  5. Production Assets: It was also important that we tracked the

material costs of the items purchased for fabrication. The goal was to track how much money we were spending and whether we were going over budget. We also wanted to fairly compensate members for their purchases with our fundraising money. I created and maintained this spreadsheet.
  6. Production Assets: We generally created many smaller, organized tables to

both track asset production and allow team members to see which shots they are assigned to across the full film’s production timeline.
  7. Production Assets: Our main form of assignment review and critique

would be conducted through SyncSketch, which I facilitated the organization of. On our Google Drive, all members were expected to work directly from it to maintain organization, as well as follow our file naming convention.
