We provide equitable, compassionate, and individualized care to help individuals achieve optimal levels of mental health and wellness across the lifespan (ages 4+). We meet each client where they are at and do so with deep compassion and kindness. We are a LGBTQIA+ affirming practice, and work especially hard to provide a place of safety to marginalized populations.
