Nathalie Kyriakou

Nathalie Kyriakou is a marketing and communications leader with over 20 years of experience bringing ideas to life and creating meaningful impact. Her career has spanned technology, finance, and consumer goods, always centered on making a difference in people’s lives. As Vice President of Marketing and Communications at Nolos, she leads initiatives that protect families, simplify legal and financial services, and make essential tools more accessible. Beyond her work at Nolos, she is active in her community, supporting programs that strengthen families, promote education, and provide access to vital resources.

Nathalie was born in Beirut and raised in a trilingual household speaking English, French, and Arabic. This upbringing gave her the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds, a skill that has shaped her entire career in marketing and communications.

After earning her Bachelor of Business Administration from HEC Montréal, she began her professional path in 2004 as Marketing and Communications Manager at Groupe Deschênes. There, she gained experience in shaping brand identity, building a positive reputation, and aligning marketing strategies with larger business objectives.

In 2010, she joined Rogers Communications in Montreal as a Senior Marketing Specialist, contributing to acquisition and retention campaigns for consumer services. This role enhanced her skills in campaign execution, media planning, and creative storytelling. In 2013, she became Marketing and Digital Manager at Beiersdorf, the global company behind Nivea. She managed national advertising campaigns, public relations programs, and brand ambassador initiatives, using digital platforms to improve visibility and strengthen brand awareness in the Canadian market.

In 2015, Nathalie entered the financial services sector as a Financing Mortgage Advisor at La Capitale, now Beneva. For the next five years, she guided clients through important financial decisions with honesty and clarity. Her focus on transparency and client care earned her recognition as one of the Top Financial Mortgage Performers for three consecutive years and one of the Top Mortgage Sales Performers for two straight years. She built long-term relationships with her clients, ensuring they felt informed, supported, and confident in their choices.

In March 2022, she joined Nolos, a LegalTech and FinTech company based in Montreal, as Vice President of Marketing and Communications. Nolos is committed to making legal and financial services more accessible, affordable, and easy to understand, particularly for families in Quebec. Nathalie oversees brand strategy, positioning, and communications, ensuring the company’s voice reflects its mission and values. She leads campaigns that promote services such as digital wills, estate planning, and financial tools—initiatives designed to educate and empower people to protect their families, homes, and assets.

For Nathalie, giving back is at the heart of her work. She believes that legal wills and financial planning are essential for protecting loved ones and that these services should be delivered with simplicity and clarity. Her fluency in English, French, and Arabic allows her to connect authentically with Quebec’s diverse communities, ensuring Nolos’s message of accessibility, education, and empowerment reaches as many people as possible.

Her achievements have been recognized at every stage of her career. At La Capitale (now Beneva), she was honored as one of the top performers in financial mortgage sales for two consecutive years and in financial mortgage performance for three consecutive years. She has contributed to national marketing campaigns for major brands such as Nivea and Rogers, combining creativity with measurable results. At Nolos, her leadership has strengthened the company’s brand identity, positioning it as a leader in accessible legal and financial services for Quebec families.
