Results: Based on a recent survey 45% percent of subscribers who know about Smart’s Self Care Channels learned about it through Social Media. A traditional and digital media communication mix was • implemented Direct Marketing via emailers and a tie up with • Entrepreneur magazine. a microsite (www.growyourbusiness.ph) where • potential clients can sign up and schedule a sales call. Banner ads and print advertorials • Phased waves of the campaign tweaking the message • based on feedback on the site. Result: 60% of the target audience contacted through various • media indicated interest. Email marketing resulted in at least 14% actual click- • throughs on successfully delivered emails. 20% of those actually visited by the sales team went on • and signed up for ad packages. 126 new client leads who signed up on the Grow Your • Business microsite (www.growyourbusiness.ph) or an additional 10% of initial client leads in the eyp database.
