Local residents Eddy and Roula Jabbour have worked in the restaurant industry for over 25 years, with their expertise ranging from corporate catering, coffeeshops, delis, and notably, Elmisa Cafe, in Rancho Bernardo. In 2022, the pair wanted to bring their signature qualities to Esco with Pizza 22.
