5. 1 2 3 4 CONTROL THE EXPERIENCE   If you’re going to build great software, you have to control how people use it. Hide the screws. People don’t need to know how it works. They just need to know that it works. Give enough control to those who want it that they’re happy, but focus on the normal users K
