  8. As you read – Log your progress • Read daily

    • If not, then weekly • But Do Read • And Log weekly or daily! • Filling in the log will help you keep a check on your (your child’s) progress! (and you do not have to finish the entire book in the last week!) • Logs will also help the assessers
  9. After you have read – Write your review • Congratulations!

    You know more than yesterday! • Now exercise your writing powers • Transfer what you have in your mind to paper • Your good review will make you known in the community • We will publish all good reviews (just need to be good, no need to be exceptional!) • Focus on key points and messages • Express yourself, your own thoughts that could benefit your review readers and invite them to read the same book too! You are doing something really good here • Group 1 (5-8 yrs) & Group 2 (9-12 years) can also submit art work(s) instead of the reviews depicting the book’s key message(s)
  10. Review Writing Tips • Writing a review is an achievement

    on its own so just write! • Think about these while writing the review – Theme/concept of the book – Summary of the key message(s) – Something new that you have learned – Something that you really liked – Can think about some other similar books?     a book and writing a review is winning on its own • We will still like to appreciate you, So, • Submit your reviews and activity logs by 31st Jan 2018 • Book reviews assessed in Feb* • Presentations and Prize Distribution in Feb *Assessment will be done by a group of people and their assessment will be final.
