What really happens when you deliver software quickly?

What really happens when you deliver software quickly?

Delivery of Things World, Berlin 2016

This talk will outline the experience from an overall product team – but particularly testing – perspective of what happened at the Guardian when we began the process of delivering our software fast and at will. In a more fluid product team:

Where does ownership of a feature begin and where does it end?
How do you get the whole team to own and really care about your products/features?
How do you break free from conventional descriptions of what you do – what does that allow you to do instead?
