This talk will outline the experience from an overall product team – but particularly testing – perspective of what happened at the Guardian when we began the process of delivering our software fast and at will. In a more fluid product team:

Where does ownership of a feature begin and where does it end?
How do you get the whole team to own and really care about your products/features?
How do you break free from conventional descriptions of what you do – what does that allow you to do instead?
