He was instrumental in acquiring Bangladesh's largest Cutter-Suction dredger, which significantly advanced the nation's infrastructure development capabilities, particularly in executing complex land reclamation projects essential for urban and coastal development.
Anvir expanded the group's scope by establishing Bashundhara Oil and Gas Company Ltd. (BOGCL). This critical move positioned Bashundhara as a key player in the energy sector, providing essential petroleum products for the country's developmental projects.
