Curriculum Vitae
Ph. D. in 1997 from the Graduate School of Business Administration, Kobe University. He has been in his current position since 2008 after serving as Associate Professor at the Graduate School of Management, Hiroshima University, and Associate Professor at the School of Commerce, Waseda University (concurrently serving as evening MBA student at the Graduate School of Commerce). He has been a Faculty Fellow at the Research Institute of Economy, Trade and Industry (RIETI), a Senior Fellow at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and Director of the Incubation Promotion Office, Industry-Academia-Government Research Promotion Center, Waseda University. He specializes in business models and business creation.
