15. Pearson English Technologies 2 Divide workshop into 3 pieces I. Introduce the project as a problem to be solved II. Focus on User point of view (contextual protopersonas, empathy maps) III. Initiate discussion and end with group sketching
16. Pearson English Technologies 3 Moderate discussion - don’t be closed, be open for different ideas - pay attention to people who are withdrawn, try to engage them - show them data about users when they need it (but don’t try to sale your vision) - make notes and be focused on insights
