  8. DAY 1 - Rishikesh to Pipalkoti (Pickup from Rishikesh at

    7am) (Drive: 215 km, Duration: 10 Hrs, Altitude: 6,750 ft) A perfectly planned trek, By evening arrive at Pipalkoti town and check in at the hotel. Get to a brief introduction and briefing session with the trek leader & experience your dinner at the guesthouse or hotel end while.
  9. DAY 2: Pipalkoti to Gulling Campsite Via Tugasi Village (

    Drive: 48 km, Trek: 7 km, Duration: 4-5 Hrs, Altitude: 9,600 ft ) Post breakfast, drive 12 km from Pipalkoti to Tugasi village. The journey will start from Dhak village. The route from Tugasi is a steady climb over dusty and rock patch trails. Lunch and refreshments will be provided in addition midway between Tugasi village up until Guling campsite. Refreshments dinner provided on arrival at the campsite followed by overnight stay in tents.
  10. DAY 3: Guling to Khulara Campsite ( Trek: 6 km,

    Duration: 5-6 Hrs, Altitude: 11,100 ft ) After Breakfast, an early morning trek to Khulara (6km). Khulara Serves as a huge campsite wrapped with dense coniferous (oak, pine, and rhododendron) trees all around it along the water streams situated throughout the leafy campus of Khulara. The trail till Khulara is an easy accent from Gulling. Late lunch hour only on the day of arrival in Breedekloof Valley campsite Rest at the camp after lunch. An evening acclimatization walk before opening up the monster day. Evening tea with refreshments, after the acclimatization walk. Have dinner and stay overnight at the base camp.
  11. DAY 4 - Khulara Campsite To Kuari Pass And Descend

    to Tali Camp ( Trek: 11 km, Duration:5-6 Hrs, Altitude: 12,500 ft) After early Breakfast, start and climb towards the Kuari Pass Peak. 6 km but god it was an uphill, steep, and challenging trek. Pack some energy bars, dry fruits, and water while out on the trail. Stop at the top for a picnic halfway around and back to Khulara site.
  12. DAY 5 - Descend back to Tugasi/Dhak to Pipalkoti (Drive:

    48 km, Trek: 9 km, Duration: 3 Hrs, Altitude: 9,600 ft) Post Breakfast Trek Down to Pipalkoti from Khulara campsite via Guling and Tugasi Village. Lunch at Pipalkoti. Stay at a guest house/hotel in Pipalkoti. Dinner at Pipalkoti. DAY 6 - Pipalkoti to Rishikesh (Drive: 215 km, Duration: 10 Hrs, Altitude: 6,750 ft) After breakfast check out from Pipalkoti.

  14. Inclusions & Exclusions Inclusions Accommodation: In alpine or dome-style shared

    camps/tents during the trek Meals include from Day 1 Dinner to Last Day Breakfast. Meals will be simple and primarily vegetarian (Bed Tea, Breakfast, Lunch, Evening Tea & Snacks, and Dinner). Snow Gear: Crampons (shoe spikes) and Gaiters for snow trekking. Transportation: Roundtrip transportation from Rishikesh to Rishikesh by non-AC vehicle. Forest Permit for the trek. Exclusions Anything not listed in inclusions. Individual cost whilst on excursion or emergency including alcohol. Individuals trekking equipment (trek sticks, trekking shoes, poncho, gloves, and warm wollen cap-shot)/ publish bag & jackets Mules or porters for baggage. Medical Certificate is mandatory.
  15. CANCELLATION POLICY Booking amount is non-refundable. Cancellation on or within

    15 days (0 days to 14 days) of departure – 100% charge as a cancellation fees Cancellation on or before 15 days of departure – 50% charge as a cancellation fees In case of unforeseen weather conditions, natural disasters or government restrictions, certain activities/whole trek may be cancelled and in such cases the operator will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same. No refund will be processed in case of trek cancelled by trekker due to personal/medical emergency. If package includes any product offering (e.g. Jacket or Bag), that will not be returned and price of the product will not be refunded. For example, if booking amount collected Rs. 2000 and the package includes jacket offer worth Rs.1500 then in case of cancellation, Jacket will not be returned and only Rs.500 (2000-1500) will be refunded subject to fulfill of other cancellation policy conditions. Upon booking, the trekker will receive a confirmation voucher via email, within 48 hours (on working days). In the exceptional cases of slots not being available, viable alternatives will be provided to the customer, in regards to the customer’s preference. In such cases, a new voucher would be sent via email, consisting of the new trek details. Alternatively, the trekker may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed. CONFIRMATION POLICY Refund Policy Booking amount is non-refundable.   16. GUIDELINES Here are some essential guidelines for trekking: 1. Physical

    Fitness: Start a regular exercise routine well before the trek to build stamina and endurance. Focus on cardiovascular exercises, strength training, and flexibility exercises to prepare your body for the rigors of trekking. 2. Acclimatization: Gradually ascend to higher altitudes to allow your body to acclimatize to the reduced oxygen levels. Take frequent rest breaks, stay hydrated, and avoid overexertion to prevent altitude sickness. 3. Gear and Equipment: Invest in high-quality trekking gear and equipment, including sturdy hiking boots, waterproof clothing, backpack, sleeping bag, and trekking poles. Pack essential items such as a first aid kit, water purification tablets, headlamp, sunscreen, and insect repellent. 4. Hydration and Nutrition: Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water throughout the trek, even if you don't feel thirsty. Consume nutritious meals rich in carbohydrates, protein, and vitamins to fuel your body for the journey. Pack lightweight, high-energy snacks to munch on during breaks.
  17. 5. Leave No Trace: Follow the principles of Leave No

    Trace to minimize your impact on the environment. Dispose of waste properly, pack out all trash, and avoid damaging vegetation or disturbing wildlife. 6. Weather Awareness: Check weather forecasts before the trek and be prepared for sudden changes in weather conditions. Dress in layers to adjust to temperature fluctuations and protect yourself from rain, wind, or snow. 7. Trekking Etiquette: Respect local customs, traditions, and wildlife while trekking. Yield to uphill hikers, share the trail, and avoid making excessive noise to maintain a peaceful environment. 8. Group Safety: Trek with a reliable and experienced guide or in a group for added safety. Stay together as a group, communicate effectively, and look out for one another during the trek. 9. Emergency Preparedness: Familiarize yourself with emergency procedures and evacuation routes in case of accidents or emergencies. Carry a fully stocked first aid kit and know how to administer basic first aid treatments. 10. Listen to Your Body: Pay attention to your body's signals and rest when needed. Don't push yourself beyond your limits and be prepared to adjust your itinerary if necessary for safety reasons.
