Dr Sana Haq is a board certified Family Medicine physician. She is a primary care doctor who focuses on preventative health, women's health and geriatric medicine. She sees the importance of patient education and understanding of their chronic health conditions and in formulating an individualized plan for each of her patients. Dr Haq's goal is to provide affordable, accessible, high quality care to all. Vitality- Direct Primary Care is concierge-like care without the hefty cost of a concierge medical practice.
