Innovations fulled by the cloud

What are the similarities between Thomas Edison's invention of the electric light bulb and the cloud today? Could you do it all over again but more importantly how would you reinvent it with today's technologies?
Speed and agility are essential for today’s businesses. The quicker you can get from an idea to first results, the more you can experiment and innovate with your data, perform ad-hoc analysis, and drive answers to new business questions. In this talk, I will first take an attempt at reinventing Edison's light bulb with today's technologies and show you why the cloud is an innovation catalyst.
