    management and sharing Neosperience Health Cloud (NHC), innovates PSPs by empowering Disease Management Teams involved in the health screening, prognosis and chronic conditions management. NHC helps increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of both Patient’s clinical records collection/reporting and Patient’s care, i.e. by connecting Oncologist, Surgeon, Radiotherapist, Nurse, Physiotherapist, Pharmacy, Laboratory analysis.

    management and sharing In addition, NHC is the first cloud platform that is open to provide an integrated, AI-assisted, collaborative screening, that takes advantage of deep learning-powered services, such as the analysis and determination of health-related issues thanks to specific models trained on classification and correlation of X-ray and ultrasound imaging. The platform incorporates 5 years of Neosperience’s effort and >10M€ investments aiming at reinventing telemedicine and simplifying the activity of health professionals, giving quick, effective, and precise tools to carry out general and specialized diagnosis by facilitating the triage process towards a competent healthcare facility or home therapy
  14. X Patient journey Visit schedule, care plan and patients follow-up

    are managed through PJ-Engine, a component able to model clinical workflows. Doctors are able to manage custom steps within each journey, track patient activity and schedule recall or involve other practicians whithin a multi-disciplinary clinical team.
  15. X Patient data management NH acquires data from a number

    of medical devices, to build a patient profile that is matched to clinical data. FHIR 7 standard adoption through FHIRWorks on AWS and (in the near future) Amazon HealthLake allows integration with existing patient systems of records. Privacy is enforced by design, with microservices and region-locked persistence and services. Data is stored according to the minimum required data and least privilege access models.

  20. NHC Neosperience Health Cloud is an API first solution built

    on AWS using a microservices and serverless approach. AI-assisted diagnostics is provided through Amazon SageMaker, offering specialized models to enrich patient data. Patient data is stored on the Data Plane using FHIR standard. Data is crawled and consolidated into the single view of patient.
