3. •  Built  on  the  idea  of  “Scrum”   •  Regular  sprints  of  two  weeks  long   •  Morning  standup  mee;ng   •  Stand  up  to  keep  it  short,  si=ng  is  comfortable   •  What  I  did  yesterday,  what  I  will  do  today,  what  problems  I  am   facing  that  might  prevent  me  from  mee;ng  my  deadline   •  2  minutes  per  person   •  No  cross-­‐talking,  you  can  do  that  aFer  the  standup   •  Fortnightly  sprint  planning   •  Jobs  are  externally  given  to  us  by  Project  Managers  (etc)   •  We  break  them  down  into  manageable  chunks  of  work.    Rule  of   thumb  is  that  no  task  should  be  longer  than  4  hours.   •  We  use  planning  poker  to  vote  on  how  long  each  card  will  take   •  Tasks  are  created  as  Trello  tasks   •  Team  members  can  grab  a  task  from  ToDo  and  start  work  on  it
