Benjamin Adams, DDS, MSD, Endodontist Dentistry, is the founder and owner of Richmond Endodontics in Richmond, Indiana. He established the practice in 2023 with a clear mission to deliver high-quality, minimally invasive endodontic care using the most advanced technology. With expertise in microscopic endodontics, he is dedicated to patient-centered treatment that emphasizes precision, comfort, and innovation. His practice has earned a strong five-star reputation from patients who value his calm approach and consistent clinical outcomes.

Benjamin Adams, an Endodontist, integrates technology into every aspect of his care. Using the Zeiss PROergo® surgical microscope, he performs procedures with exceptional accuracy. He was among the first in Indiana to introduce the GentleWave® system, which allows for thorough root canal cleaning with reduced post-procedure discomfort. He has completed over 8,000 procedures with this method, combining it with EdgePro™ Laser Disinfection in every case to ensure optimal results and healing.

Adams uses the WAND/STA and X-Tip intraosseous systems for anesthesia delivery. These techniques offer faster onset, targeted delivery, and greater comfort than traditional injections. Certified in all these systems—GentleWave®, EdgePro™ Laser, WAND/STA, and X-Tip—his practice is one of the few in the state that offers all these options to improve patient experience and treatment effectiveness.

Before launching his practice, he spent 17 years as Vice President at a respected endodontic group in Indiana. During that time, he significantly guided clinical excellence, mentored staff, and built trusted relationships with referring providers.

Benjamin also served as an Associate Professor at a dental school in Indianapolis, where he trained dental students and residents in endodontic techniques. His contributions included academic instruction, peer-reviewed publications, and national presentations on modern endodontic tools, surgical approaches, and anesthesia systems.

He is active in community involvement, having been a top donor to the Wayne County Women’s Fund in 2024 and 2025. His support helped advance programs focused on healthcare, education, and empowerment for women. He also volunteers regularly with a local mission that supports women and children experiencing homelessness.

Adams earned a Bachelor of Science from a university in Muncie, Indiana, and completed his DDS and Endodontic Residency in Indianapolis. His academic achievements were recognized with the American Association of Endodontists Student Achievement Award and the Clinical Excellence Award. He holds CPR and Basic Life Support certifications and completes over 30 hours of continuing education each year. He is a member of the American Association of Endodontists and the Indiana Dental Association.

Born on October 24, 1974, in Indianapolis and raised in Zionsville, he was influenced by a family grounded in faith, education, and service. His father, an endodontist, and his mother, a dedicated teacher who homeschooled their children, played a foundational role in shaping his path. He is one of eight siblings who values close family ties, many extending into healthcare, education, and media. His early interests in scouting, motorsports, sports, and outdoor activities helped build his discipline and resilience.

Benjamin Adams enjoys hiking, skiing, hunting, golfing, mountain biking, and motocross in his free time. He continues to serve his patients and his community with a steady focus, advanced clinical skills, and a commitment to care that reflects his values throughout his life.
