Bob Gerace is a Christian men’s coach, former SaaS executive, and founder of Warrior Husband, a movement dedicated to helping men restore marriages and embrace biblical leadership. His journey has been shaped by decades in business and personal trials, including the 2008 financial crisis and a battle with cancer. These experiences forged his mission to guide husbands toward love, trust, and responsibility, ensuring their legacy reflects faith, humility, and intentional leadership.
Born in Syracuse, New York, Bob pursued education at Hillsborough Community College, St. Petersburg Junior College, and Tampa College before earning a dual major in Business and Computer Science from the University of South Florida. In 1998, he founded Computer Resource Center, LLC, serving clients in the medical and financial industries. His commitment to security, uptime, and compliance helped grow the company into a multi-million-dollar success before his strategic exit.
In 2008, Bob faced simultaneous crises that shook his life to the core—an economic collapse that stressed his business and a cancer diagnosis that threatened his future. Through prayer, scripture, and the steadfast support of his wife Debbie and close friends, he experienced a profound spiritual renewal. This turning point clarified his calling to help men succeed not only in their careers but also in their marriages and spiritual lives.
Warrior Husband launched in 2015 as a faith-based coaching movement offering frameworks like the Warrior Sanctification Method and King’s Roadmap to Reconnection. More than 10,000 men in over 10 countries have been impacted, gaining clarity in their roles as husbands and fathers. These programs combine scripture, mentorship, and accountability to create practical change that lasts beyond the coaching environment.
From the crisis-focused Jumpstart to the immersive six-month Inner Circle, Warrior Husband programs blend group discussion, live coaching, and one-on-one mentorship. Brotherhood groups foster connection and accountability, while Bob addresses topics such as communication, intimacy, reconciliation, and fatherhood with truth and conviction.
Looking to the future, Bob Gerace Reviews aims to expand Warrior Husband through the Warrior King Network, empowering graduates to mentor others and plant local hubs. Married to Debbie since 1986, he approaches their 40th wedding anniversary in 2026 as living proof that lifelong marriage is possible. They share children, grandchildren, and a passion for aviation.
