His professional journey began in Fort Myers, Florida, where he served as Student Ministries Director at a local church from January 1992 to November 2000. In this role, he organized weekly events to promote personal and spiritual development among students and created educational programs and activities that supported young people in their growth journeys.

Liebe's knack for organizing extended to coordinating large-scale domestically and abroad events, successfully drawing crowds ranging from 100 to over 10,000 participants. These events were crucial in mentoring young people and aiding their holistic development.

In December 2000, Bradley expanded his ministry reach by relocating to Copenhagen, Denmark, where he became Executive Director at a new faith-based technical college. Under his leadership, the institution quickly reached its full capacity of 50 international students and secured $2 million in funding to establish and sustain its operations. He also spearheaded the development of the college’s curriculum and managed its daily activities.

Upon his return to the United States in January 2003, he rejoined his former church in Fort Myers as Assistant Senior Pastor. During this time, he played a key role in expanding the church from one central campus to five regional campuses and oversaw significant building and technological upgrades.

In 2009, Liebe became the Lead Pastor at a church in Appleton, Wisconsin. Under his leadership, the church saw a 500% increase in attendance and financial contributions. He adeptly managed financial challenges, transforming a $400,000 budget deficit into a surplus.

In 2013, Bradley transitioned to the financial sector, becoming the President of a firm that specializes in advising seniors on financial planning and retirement. He has spent the last decade helping seniors navigate the complexities of economic security and retirement planning.

Since 2008, Liebe has also been active as a professional speaker and coach, delivering seminars on customer service, team productivity, motivation, and navigating change. His seminars are noted for their practicality and relevance and resonate with many audiences.
