He went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Health Education and Behavior from the University of Florida in 2010. In 2013, he returned to Sarasota, earned Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt certification, and led process improvement work at HCA Sarasota Doctors’ Hospital. Later that year, he joined Catholic Health Initiatives in Chattanooga, contributing to process enhancements in surgical services, charge capture, and patient flow.
In 2016, Beitlich became a Practice Manager with HCA Physician Services Group in Snellville, Georgia, managing specialties such as neurosurgery, pulmonology, endocrinology, and primary care.
