Brady Beitlich

Brady D. Beitlich is a healthcare professional with over ten years of experience managing physician practices and developing hospital service lines. He serves as the Director of Marketing at Southeastern Spine in Chattanooga, Tennessee, where he focuses on expanding physician and patient referral networks. Holding a Master of Health Administration (MHA) from the University of Florida, he has completed numerous Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt projects. He has led teams through various healthcare quality and process improvement initiatives, consistently achieving measurable outcomes.

Brady Beitlich was born in Sarasota, Florida, on April 26, 1988, and spent much of his early life fishing in Siesta Key and Sarasota Bay waters. His enthusiasm for fishing grew from saltwater to freshwater bass fishing and later to fly fishing, which he pursued during a trip to the Sierra Nevada in search of trout.

Brady attended Pine View School for the Gifted, where he was elected Class President in 2004 and graduated in 2006. He went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Health Education and Behavior from the University of Florida in 2010. While studying, he held leadership positions in his fraternity, served as Vice Chairman of Student Government Productions, and was Vice President of Membership for Florida Blue Key. He continued his education at the University of Florida’s College of Public Health and Health Professions, earning his MHA in 2012 while serving as Treasurer for the Health Administration Student Association.

His career began with an administrative fellowship at St. Mary’s Medical Center in West Palm Beach, Florida, where he oversaw patient experience, customer service, and communication for the level I trauma center while completing high-level executive projects. In 2013, he returned to Sarasota, earned Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt certification, and led process improvement work at HCA Sarasota Doctors’ Hospital. Later that year, he joined Catholic Health Initiatives in Chattanooga, contributing to process enhancements in surgical services, charge capture, and patient flow.

In 2016, Beitlich became a Practice Manager with HCA Physician Services Group in Snellville, Georgia, managing specialties such as neurosurgery, pulmonology, endocrinology, and primary care. His work included launching a remodeled neurosurgery outpatient practice generating about $3.6 million annually, improving processes in other service lines to generate approximately $2.9 million in revenue, and creating a team environment that eliminated voluntary turnover.

Since November 2024, he has led marketing efforts at Southeastern Spine, implementing strategies that increased new patient referrals by 16% and new patient visits by 33%. Brady Beitlich continues to apply his skills, leadership, and dedication to advancing healthcare operations and patient access.
