The acquisitions of Kindred Homes’ assets in San Antonio (2023), New Leaf Homes in San Antonio (2024), and Evermore Homes (2025) expanded the company’s footprint in Texas, Alabama, and Georgia while creating opportunities in Arizona. Before Brandon Jones joined Davidson Homes, he led field operations for one of the nation’s largest public homebuilders. He managed a $13 billion portfolio with nearly 29,000 home closings per year and more than 4,000 employees.

Earlier in his career, he turned struggling divisions into profitable operations. In Michigan, he reversed an $85 million loss, grew annual revenue from $200K to over $700K, and transformed the division into a $160 million profit center.
