Born in Fort Worth, Texas, Cameron Blackmon has over 15 years of experience leading large-scale infrastructure and technology projects in the energy, cryptocurrency, and industrial services industries. He is the Chief Technology Officer at Rhodium Enterprises, a digital asset technology company that uses proprietary systems to self-mine Bitcoin. In this position, he oversees networking, software development, and systems administration teams, ensuring that technology projects are completed on time and within budget. His leadership is centered on efficiency, collaboration, and delivering high-quality results.

He also serves as Managing Partner at Imperium Investments, a private equity fund focused on monetizing energy through Bitcoin mining. The firm operates one of North America's most significant mining operations, converting energy into cash by maintaining low production costs. He works closely with the CEO and senior team to identify new opportunities and foster innovation aligned with the company’s strategic goals. His construction and project management background continues to play a key role in his professional success.

Before his current roles, he and his brother co-founded Immersion Systems after leaving their family business, BMS CAT/Blackmon Mooring. As CEO, he led the company in designing and delivering immersion cooling systems for industrial cryptocurrency mining. The idea was developed during their mining operations in Texas, where they created a solution to improve cooling efficiency. As the system gained attention among peers and competitors, demand grew, leading to the formation of Immersion Systems. The company focused on affordability, quality, and customer service, providing custom-made kits and on-site support during installation to ensure smooth deployment.

During this time, he also served as Managing Partner at Palladium Mining Partners, an investment group dedicated to industrial-scale Bitcoin mining. The team brought over 40 years of combined experience in project management, venture capital, and private equity, completing over 1,200 projects ranging from $5 million to $7 billion, with exits exceeding $300 million.

Earlier in his career, he held executive roles at BMS CAT/Blackmon Mooring, managing national operations and recovery programs.
