Since 2009, Charles Conteh, PhD, has been a professor at Brock University in Ontario. He focuses on public administration, Canadian and comparative public policy, and political economy. Spearheading collaborative research initiatives, he works with graduate students and colleagues to understand how policy systems operate to resolve complex, evolving challenges against economic uncertainty and climate change. Charles Conteh actively seeks and manages external funding while disseminating core findings to academic and non-academic audiences.
Over the years, Charles Conteh has published over 30 papers, 16 book chapters, and seven books in his field. Among his recent publications is “Boundary-Spanning in Public Value Co-Creation through the Lens of Multilevel Governance” (Public Management Review, Volume 25). He has also undertaken extensive grant-funded work with organizations such as the Niagara Community Foundation and the Peace Bridge Commission on a binational industrial corridor connecting the Niagara and Buffalo regions.
