Chuck is an experienced Engineering Manager. He currently leads a shared services team focused on delivering services and platforms to help accelerate delivery for internal customers. Chuck is passionate and experienced building organizational culture, developing talent(coaching and mentoring), fostering enterprise and industry partnerships, and implementing lean/agile practices. Chuck is experienced in building processes to support remote distributed teams. He co-founded the internal DevOps events at Comcast. Chuck is proud that these events have brought together over 100 employees in one of the largest tech communities at Comcast. As a result over 40 employees have been able to build new skills presenting at events. Chuck is also an organizer for DevOpsDaysDC and working towards his professional certification in coaching.
