Leeds - City of (digital) capabilities

Leeds - City of (digital) capabilities

Based in Leeds, the Digital Access West Yorkshire team are supporting citizen-led, asset based approaches towards digital equity with a strong belief in the circular approach to sustain efforts for the longer term. As a group we were aware of the impact of digital disconnection, but Covid-19 has exacerbated the divide for adults and children on a far greater scale than even we anticipated. This presentation forms part of a provocation to talk about digital capabilities and a chance for Leeds to reframe what it exists for.
