Daniel Ladner, CPM®, is Senior Vice President - Wealth Management - at a leading financial services firm, where he has provided strategic investment guidance for more than 17 years. With a firm that has over a century of history and a national presence, Dan draws on its global resources and local experience to help clients manage wealth, navigate financial complexities, and pursue long-term goals with confidence through changing economic and market conditions.

Dan Ladner brings more than 25 years of experience as a finance professional, having worked with several major Fortune 500 companies. He began his career as a Financial Advisor and later served as Assistant Branch Manager, supervising Senior Wealth Advisors and leading the hiring and training of new Financial Advisors. His approach blends strategic insight with practical experience to guide clients through every stage of financial growth.

Since joining his current firm in 2008, Dan has focused on developing and implementing investment strategies designed around each client’s objectives. His responsibilities include asset allocation, manager selection, and performance evaluation. Working with entrepreneurs, venture capitalists, private foundations, and corporations, he and his team manage diversified portfolios spanning equities, fixed income, and private investments, emphasizing disciplined planning and long-term results.

A Certified Portfolio Manager accredited through Columbia University, Dan earned his designation from the Columbia School of Engineering Fu Foundation School in partnership with the Academy of Certified Portfolio Managers. He also completed the Chicago Booth School Certified Private Wealth Advisor Program and pursued graduate studies at Harvard University Extension School. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the City University of New York and maintains Series 7, 9, 10, 31, 63, and 65, as well as Life insurance licenses.

Active in his community, Daniel Ladner has served as Chairman of the Board of Adjustments, represented Secaucus on the Super Bowl Committee, and supported various civic and charitable initiatives. He was selected to join the Board of Homes for Vets, dedicating his efforts to improving housing access and safety for America’s Veterans. A member of the New York Athletic Club, he enjoys golf, tennis, and squash, finding balance and focus through athletic pursuits.
