Dougal is a web developer in the Atlanta area specializing in PHP, Perl, JavaScript, and CSS. He was one of the original core developers for WordPress, the creator of Pingomatic.com and Twitual.com, and has participated in other open source projects, such as the Persistence of Vision raytracer.
