He has held several significant positions as a helicopter pilot, including Aircraft Commander, Mission Commander, and Functional Check Flight Instructor. Currently, he works as a Transportation Specialist at the Military Sealift Command (MSC), where he plays a crucial role in the US military's sealift and ocean transportation operations. His work contributes to developing and tracking critical readiness statistics used by the United States Transportation Command and the Maritime Administration.

Before joining MSC, he held several key positions within the United States Transportation Command, including Strategic Mobility Planner and Executive Officer. In these roles, he was responsible for creating and implementing strategies for the Joint Task Force - Port Opening (JTF-PO), a globally recognized force accountable for the rapid deployment and integration of military operations. He also led large-scale procurement efforts, such as a significant helicopter contract worth $14 billion. As Deputy Chief of Operations, he was instrumental in improving the execution of US forces' movement and optimizing global distribution operations.

He also has notable commercial experience, including serving in leadership positions that secured major contracts and improved business performance. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Marine Transportation and a Master of Arts in National Security and Strategic Studies, along with certifications in Supply Chain Management and Leadership.
