7. How to Collect Payment From December 1st, 2015 onward, all Ambassadors will be receiving paper checks sent to their homes. Payments will be sent on the 1st and the 15th of every month. In order to have time to write all the checks, payroll will close out 3 business days prior to each payday. A W-9 form and your full and correct home address must be completed and emailed to: donald@eazeup.com
