Edmonton River

Edmonton River is led by Michael Overduin, a University of Alberta professor, entrepreneur, and founder of DiscoveryLab, an organization supporting innovation and entrepreneurship.

Over the past decade, more than 1,000 residents, Indigenous leaders, artists, designers, business representatives, and government stakeholders have contributed ideas and feedback that have shaped the visual identity system.

Edmonton River is seeking strategic partners to help implement a city-wide place brand through collaborative storytelling, merchandise development, sponsorships, events, conferences, and community engagement.
