Evyatar Nitzany is the former Electrophysiology Program Manager at El Camino Health in Mountain View, California. With over a decade of specialized experience, he brought clarity and structure to a complex and fast-paced healthcare environment. His leadership focused on enhancing service delivery, managing infrastructure growth, and guiding the program through accreditation and national recognition.

Evyatar drew on a strong foundation in both clinical and technical aspects of electrophysiology to shape effective strategies and deliver measurable results. His work contributed significantly to the transformation of the electrophysiology program, helping it become one of the most advanced and rapidly expanding in the region. His role required a careful balance between strategic oversight and hands-on execution, ensuring the program's success and sustainability.

Nitzany was raised with a strong sense of purpose and discipline, qualities that carried through into his academic and professional journey. He began his studies in the United States, focusing on biotechnology with a growing interest in its clinical applications. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology from the University of Florida, along with a minor in Chemistry. He later completed a Master of Science in Biotechnology at the University of California, Irvine. To specialize further in cardiac care, he attended the Cardiac Specialist Program at the Arrhythmia Technologies Institute in Greenville, South Carolina, where he received advanced training in electrophysiology.

Evyatar began his career at Biosense Webster as a Clinical Account Specialist. In this role, he supported the CARTO 3 mapping system and provided technical and clinical guidance to physicians and hospital staff across the Bay Area. He also engaged in physician education, hospital coordination, and strategic account development. In 2016, he joined El Camino Health as an Electrophysiology Coordinator, where he was responsible for advanced case support, equipment planning, capital budgeting, and team training.

In 2019, his responsibilities expanded to include Interventional Radiology. He led operational improvements in areas such as supply chain management, technology acquisition, and process optimization. In 2022, he was promoted to Program Manager. Under his leadership, the EP program experienced a 400% increase in volume. He oversaw the development of cutting-edge EP labs and played a key role in achieving Cath/EP accreditation from the American College of Cardiology. His contributions were recognized in EP Lab Digest.

Nitzany holds certification as a Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES) and has supported various philanthropic efforts, including Jewish organizations, youth sports, cultural programs, and educational initiatives.
