Gabriel Warren serves as a healthcare consultant in Tallahassee, Florida. Before this position, he worked as a shareholder at Rutledge Ecenia P.A., advising clients in regulated industries such as healthcare, medical marijuana, alcohol, and gaming. His legal career lasted more than 14 years, focusing on civil, regulatory, and administrative law.
Gabriel was born on April 6, 1984, in Tallahassee, where he attended local schools and entered the International Baccalaureate program in high school. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in History with a Minor in Political Science from Duke University in 2006, working in the athletic department alongside his studies.
At Vanderbilt University Law School, Gabriel earned Dean’s Scholar recognition and took part in Mock Trial, Moot Court, and the International Law Practice Lab. He also worked with the Legal Aid Society before completing his Doctor of Jurisprudence in May 2010.
Gabriel’s legal training included positions at The Constitution Project in Washington, D.C., an internship with Judge Eugene E. Siler, Jr., and a summer at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Western District of North Carolina. In 2009, he joined Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein as a Summer Associate, assisting with research and drafting.
At Rutledge Ecenia P.A., Gabriel represented healthcare providers and other regulated businesses in compliance, licensing, reimbursement, and enforcement matters. His work extended to clients in the gaming and alcohol industries.
Gabriel supports America’s Second Harvest, the Nature Conservancy, and the Legal Aid Foundation of Tallahassee. He stays engaged with local schools, Duke University, and environmental organizations. He enjoys spending time with his wife, Sarah, and daughter, Tinsley, as well as golf, fishing, and traveling. Gabriel Warren values professional dedication and community involvement.
