The pre-launch luxury residential high-rise development from Godrej Properties named Godrej Devanahalli has found its perfect location within Shettigere in Devanahalli near North Bangalore. The project occupies 62 acres which includes 20 acres of environmentally-friendly spaces while offering 4000 housing units distributed among 25 towers and five generous clubhouses. The first phase of development at Phase 1 will become available for purchase in February 2025 on a 13-acre site which contains 1675 premium apartments across one, two and three BHK options. The smallest one BHK units occupy 786 square feet whereas two BHK layouts span from 951 to 1177 square feet and the available three BHK units measure 1152 to 1154 square feet.
