Greg Warnock

Greg Warnock is an entrepreneur, investor, and mentor with over forty years of experience building, growing, and advising companies across multiple industries. He is the co-founder and managing director of a growth capital firm that supports expansion-stage businesses by improving go-to-market strategies, strengthening leadership teams, and unlocking new market opportunities. With a disciplined approach focused on governance and operator-driven execution, he works closely with founders to help them scale quickly and efficiently. The firm’s portfolio includes companies in technology, healthcare, consumer services, and other high-growth sectors, reporting more than $5 billion in exits through 2020. He has played a key role in guiding these companies through critical stages of growth.

He also co-founded a platform in the food and beverage industry that helps emerging restaurant brands expand effectively. The platform offers capital, operational support, and access to a vast network of experienced operators. Under his leadership, it has helped several brands improve unit performance, grow multi-location operations, optimize supply chains, and maintain cultural identity during rapid expansion.

Earlier in his career, he co-founded a venture capital firm focused on early-stage investments in information technology and life sciences. As managing director, he helped build its reputation as a leading investor in the region. The firm later merged with another, continuing its mission to support innovative startups.

He also served as Chairman and CEO of a publicly traded SPAC that went public in 2023. Under his leadership, the company completed a business combination with a SaaS acquirer based in Brazil, extending his experience into international public-market transactions.

Before entering the investment space, he founded and operated companies in technology, biotechnology, consumer products, and marketing. He played a principal role in more than 20 mergers and acquisitions, gaining deep insight into strategic transactions and business development.

In 2008, he launched an entrepreneurship education initiative and co-founded a Utah-based foundation focused on community support. With academic degrees in Computer Science, Human Resources Management, and a PhD in Entrepreneurship and Venture Finance, Greg Warnock continues to dedicate his work to business growth, mentorship, and community impact.
