What makes this funding opportunity attractive?  Startups don’t give up any equity   It’s not a loan The money is yours as long as you stick to the financial rules of the programme - which are admit- tedly quite strict!   The programme is open on an ongoing basis for 7 years with quarterly submission deadlines   This programme is lower in bureaucracy than a standard EU programme   Startups receive approx. 40% pre-financing upon the signature of the grant   The grant can be spent over a short time period i.e. from 1 to 2 years   Not only research and innovation but also market replication costs are eligible
