  1. NON-TECH APPROACH To create or keep daily habits, put them

    on some sticky notes on a wall, write down them in one’s prioritized activities, or track them on a calendar in the kitchen. It is sometimes difficult to know what should I do today, and/or get self-efficacy.
  2. TECH APPROACH We also use ToDo, Reminder or some application

    to remind one and keep tracking oneself. It is sometimes cause of stress… ToDo list Reminder Application
  3. INSIGHTS FROM INTERVIEWS •  General •  He wants to do

    them everyday, but it is difficult to find a time to do. •  Reminder •  He doesn’t want to get reminder everyday. It is annoying. •  With every day reminder, she became to ignore her reminders. It could be a negative learning effect. •  ToDo/Sticky notes/Prioritized Activities •  It is not fun to check what I “should/must” do today. That could make some stress. •  Tracking oneself •  To keep tracking one-self is helpful to make one’s self-efficacy. •  However, it could make negative learning effect from “not-done” tracking data.
  4. QUESTIONS TO FURTHER EXPLORE •  What is the cause of

    stress? •  Ability: Time? Skill? Environment? … •  Motivation: Fun? Goal? Achievement? … •  How to make matching daily habits and one’s ability to do them. •  Balancing of calm and stress. •  Calm: Easy to do, To see a load to the goal, Self-efficacy •  E.g. Too easy to do could not make self-efficacy, so it is not calm. •  Is it helpful to make best suited advice to the user’s ability and motivation? •  How to know user’s ability and motivation?
