LOCAL KITCHEN & WINE MERCHANT – 330 1st St. – Nice for date night (and for double & triple dates); ask for the “wine room” for an intimate setting.

DOGPATCH WINE WORKS – 2455 3rd St. – Taste along with amateur winemakers who crush, blend and age their wines in this industrial building transformed into a wine tasting room and event space. They also offer wine blending classes and winemaker dinners.

BARRIQUE – 461 Pacific Ave. – Taste wines straight from the barrel. All the wines are “private label”, sourced and owned by Barrique.

GLOBE – 290 Pacific Ave. – Serves dinner until 1am, a popular spot among SF chefs getting off their shifts. Local secret spot.
