4. This is the control panel It is divided into 2 parts
5. Part 1: Reporting Click on the reporting button This will take you to the Reporting screen. You have the option of making 2 different reports The user activity report: All activity from all users using appletree. The user enrollment report: The list of all users enrolled and not enrolled in the system
6. Part 2: The search field Searching allows you to look up individual users and user activity per account To search for users use the mitchell\user ID The bottom section will either display the user accounts or the search results of the users you search for.
7. Examine: Displays the first and last letter of the users answers i.e a****d Unlock: Unlocks the users account Reset Password: Resets the users password
8. Clicking on the user ID brings up the activity list for the individual user. You can get some additional information by clicking on the view details button on each action preformed by the user.
9. This screen displays the operation, time, and what user account was used to preform the action This example below shows the Apple tree service account unlocking a user.
